Service Terms and Payment Options
A deposit is required to initiate all services and payment in full is required immediately upon completion. After you return the resume building assignments we will deliver a draft within 3-7 days. Secure payments can be made below on PayPal (with a 3.5% PayPal surcharge), or you can pay by certified or bank check. Rush orders can be accommodated for an additional charge.

First Impressions resumes are guaranteed to meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the final draft  we will edit or rewrite the resume until you are fully satisfied. Upon approval and acceptance of the final draft you are entitled to 2 resume edits or updates during the first 12 months, and 2 custom cover letters.

All coaching sessions must be prepaid and a 50% refund will be issued after the first session if you are not fully satisfied with the service.

Social Media & Personal Branding services must be 100% prepaid and there are no refunds.
